Okay so you're looking to stay up late grinding out those levels before the season ends in Fortnite and you want that cool glider from the season pass. The thing is, I know exactly what your going through and how you feel and if your interested on tips to help you stay awake during your gaming session follow along to help yourself.

First thing first if you can see an upcoming all-nighter, or "grinder" as I like to call it, the day before get a lot of rest. This will not only give you great amounts of energy but can also help you get more work done as you wake up earlier. Make sure you have a goal set in mind or else this whole thing wasn't worth a whole lot. Work towards that goal, and eliminate distractions. You can do this by downloading software that bans social media for periods of time increasing productivity.

Now since we have distractions out of our way we should focus on how to use this to our advantage. We need to stay up, but how? First off, it all matters on what you've done before. What this means is what you ate, if a bunch of protein is the answer then your good to go because protein has amino acids and those acids will allow the brain to function like it's supposed to only put it into a sort of overdrive for the night.

This next point goes unsaid and it is water. No matter what you did before this excessive grind ( whether it was eating a boatload of protein) you need some water. Whether it's just sip by sip from a plastic water bottle or gulping down a jug of water, water will save the day. Water introduces oxygen to the body and regulates blood pressure. The amount of water you take in can drastically change the results you get during this night because you weren't sluggish, or not motivated to do so.

While your grinding levels make sure you move around between games. The movement will help blood flow and therefore granting more alertness. Now don't be trying to knock out push-ups because this is no time for playing around you have a gaming session to be in. That being said workouts are an easy way to keep the blood pumping and to stay awake, just please switch it up don't be doing cross-fit in your living room all you need is a few jumping jacks and you're set.

The next step to a healthy "grinder" is those bright lights. Now you ask me how I know your sitting in your room, computer on, and lights off and all you have that's emitting light right now is that computer screen. Let me tell you that what your doing is wrong in case of an all nighter and correct in case of a hard night of sleep. Bright lights will stimulate the brain onto thinking it's day-light hours and is no time to sleep buying you some good amounts of time to complete this season with a level 100.

Before I leave off, I wasn't to give those that read this entire blog a bonus tip; adrenaline rushes can be a night changer in this process. Adrenaline rushes will almost happen during this night because you're focused and under pressure for a win. This is an easy thing to do just play a few games of Rainbow 6 siege and when your squad is down and it's you against three other opponents just watch yourself and feel the blood pumping as your under pressure. However, this dopamine endorsed moment will last a few minutes and will slow you down, so just like anytime drink water, I'm not saying that to strengthen the blog points I'm saying it as writer's advice to the reader.
